Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: 23rd April 2025

At Jack & Joe Construction Materials Supplier, we strive to provide high-quality materials and reliable services. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Overview

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, certain items and services are non-refundable:

  • Custom-mixed concrete, cement, or paint

  • Cut-to-size timber or metal

  • Bulk orders delivered to site

  • Construction staff-for-hire services, once work has commenced


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

1. Check with your bank or mobile payment provider.

2. Contact your credit card company—posting times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or the wrong item was delivered. To request an exchange, email us at: jack&joesuppliers@gmail.com


Staff-for-Hire Services

Once staff have been dispatched to your project site and work has begun:

  • No refunds will be issued for partial or unused days.

  • If a worker is unavailable or fails to report, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a service credit for future use.

We recommend using a trackable courier service. We cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
