• Full payment is required before delivery or dispatch of materials or staff.

• Payments can be made via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash (receipts provided).

3. Delivery Terms

• We deliver materials to specified locations within Kenya, subject to transport charges.

• Delivery timelines depend on order size, location, and weather conditions.

• Jack & Joe is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

4. Staff for Hire

• Staff are deployed on daily or project-based contracts.

• We aim to provide reliable and skilled workers. If any issue arises, we will attempt to replace them promptly.

• No refunds are issued once the staff begins work, as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused and undamaged materials only.
Refunds or exchanges are not provided for:

• Custom orders

• Opened or used materials

• Staff-for-hire services that have commenced
